We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food Packaging Executive to oversee and manage packaging operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day food packaging operations and workflow. Ensure all packaging activities comply with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards. Monitor packaging materials (boxes, wrappers, labels, etc.) and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages. Conduct regular checks to ensure packaging quality, accuracy, and product labeling compliance. Train and guide packaging staff on safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with production and quality teams to reduce wastage and improve packaging processes. Maintain documentation of packaging processes, materials used, and output reports. Implement cost-effective packaging solutions without compromising on quality. Ensure proper storage and handling of packed goods to maintain product integrity.
