Job Description – Food Packaging Supervisor
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Food Packaging Supervisor to manage daily packaging operations, ensure food safety standards, and maintain quality in packed products.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide packaging staff during shifts. Ensure packaging meets quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (FSSAI/GMP). Monitor packaging machines and resolve minor issues. Maintain stock of packaging materials and reduce wastage. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Graduate in Food Technology/Packaging/related field. 1–2 years of experience in food packaging/production preferred. Knowledge of packaging materials, machinery & safety compliance. Good leadership and communication skills.
