Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Indian Cook to prepare authentic and hygienic Indian dishes. The candidate should have knowledge of various regional cuisines, spices, and cooking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (veg & non-veg).

Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.

Manage ingredients, spices, and kitchen inventory.

Ensure taste, quality, and presentation of food.

Plan menus and assist in controlling food wastage.

Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.


Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience as an Indian cook/chef.

Knowledge of North Indian, South Indian, and regional dishes.

Good understanding of hygiene and food safety.

Time management and ability to work under pressure.
