Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to support our event operations. As a volunteer, you will assist in managing different aspects of the event to ensure smooth execution and a memorable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in event setup and dismantling (stage, seating, stalls, banners, etc.)

Guiding and helping attendees with information and directions

Supporting registration counters and ticketing booths

Managing crowd flow and maintaining discipline during the event

Coordinating with performers, guests, and staff as required

Providing backstage and hospitality support

Assisting in distribution of promotional material / giveaways

Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and overall event standards


Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for events

Ability to work in a team under supervision

Punctual and responsible with assigned duties

Flexible to work in shifts (depending on event schedule)
